Energy4me holds STEM (science, technology, engineering, math) workshops for secondary student (ages 15-18) at select SPE conferences. Students see firsthand the exciting opportunities the energy industry can offer. They tour the latest state‐of‐the‐art technology in the industry, meet industry professionals and participate in hands-on activities that connect what they learn in the classroom to potential career options.

Workshop Activities

Briefing on Oil and Gas Exploration and Production
Learn from an energy ambassador during a briefing on the role of energy in our everyday lives and the variety of career options the energy industry offers.

Hands-on Activities
Connect what’s learned in the classroom to real careers though age-appropriate hands-on energy activities.

Technology Tour
See firsthand the latest state-of-the-art technology in the industry. Tours are led by energy professionals at SPE events that feature technology exhibits.
